TMS Castings produces iron, steel, stainless steel, and chrome iron sand castings up to 4000 lbs. We operate four coreless electric induction furnaces, Spectrometer-controlled alloy analysis, and a ‘no-bake' floor and loop molding operation. We offer quick deliveries, in-house pattern making and repair, and can provide short run or semi-production quantities.

TMS Castings pours large steel castings for a variety of industries. Our customer base includes Railroad, Mining, Transportation, Aluminum Reduction, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, Wire Manufacturing, Food Products, Construction Equipment, and Wood Processing. We also create specialty items of cast iron, cast steel, cast stainless steel and cast chrome iron. Some of these include cast and machined rail wheels, sow molds, pig molds as well as cast steel gears which we can machine to customer specifications.

Sow Molds

Talladega Castings & Machine, an ISO 9001 certified company, manufactures quality steel sow molds,
 pig molds, ingot molds and lifter pins for the aluminum, copper, lead and other industries. Our molds
 are inspected for quality assurance and can be customized to your specifications.
