Order Process
We use a "shopping cart" system that essentially operates the same way you would use a shopping cart in a retail store: you can put items in and take items out at any time. A "Add to Shopping Cart" button appears in the description of the product throughout the online store. Simply click the button to add an item to your cart.Each time you add an item you will see a list of the items currently in your shopping cart. If you want to add more items, click the "Continue Shopping!" button to go back to the Product Listing. If you wish to order multiple copies of the same item, simply change the number in the quantity field and press the "Calculate Order" button.
You can always view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link found at the top and bottom of each page.
When you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, press the "Check Out" button to advance to the payment and shipping area.
From here, follow the instructions prompting you to enter your billing information and shipping information. You can also select different shipping options.
You will be asked to verify that your order information is correct before submitting the order. Once you are sure the order is correct, click the "Confirm Order" button. You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know your order was placed successfully. This confirmation will also contain your Order ID number. You'll want to keep this information in your records, as it will help our Customer Support staff better assist you should you need to contact us.
Add or Remove Items
Click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to add an item to your order. If you are viewing the list of items in your shopping cart, click the "Continue Shopping!" button to browse for more merchandise.Remove an item from your shopping cart by changing the quantity ordered to zero or by checking the Remove Item check box. Begin by viewing the list of items in your shopping cart (click the SHOPPING CART link at the bottom of every page). Then enter "0" in the quantity field next to any item you no longer want. At the bottom of the page, click the "Calculate Order" button. When the page refreshes, the item will be removed from your list.
Credit Card Security
We gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard & Discover for your convenience.Please note: You can transmit your credit card information over the Internet with absolute confidence. We process orders with a SSL Secure Commerce Server which utilizes military grade encryption to protect your credit card information, and all credit card information is encoded with strong encryption. To further respect your privacy, we do not release your credit card information or mailing address to any outside organizations.
Order Status & History
To check the status of your order, click the Order History icon located at the bottom of each page. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page. Once you have logged in you can continue to the Order History page. You can then view the status of all orders you placed. Click the Order# link to view a detailed order receipt of any order you may have placed.
My Profile
Your Profile is used to help make your shopping easier. The first time here you are asked to Register. Here you can setup a UserName and Password. The UserName and Password are used for logging in each time you come back to our web site, you can also set a cookie on your computer to remember you the next time you come back so that you don't have to login everytime. You can edit or delete your profile at anytime or add other profiles.

Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. We will update any changes to the following when changes are made. All items will be shipped freight collect.
